Terms & Conditions

Every item is printed or embroidered to order once payment is taken. You need an account to check out, and you can follow your order's progress on your account page.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Postage is added at checkout: £3.99 for UK delivery and £8.99 for delivery outside the UK. Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duty or taxes by the destination country.

Because items are made to order, we accept returns or exchanges for faulty, damaged or incorrect items only. Full details are in our FAQ.

• Discount codes are valid for 60 days from the date they're issued, unless we state otherwise. Expired codes can't be used or reinstated.
• Each code can be used once only, on a single checkout. Once it has been used it becomes void.
• Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes can't be combined.
• A code can be used on any item, or any combination of items, in a single order. Discounts apply to the items only, not to postage.
• Codes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be added to an order after it has been placed.
• We may cancel any code, or any order that uses one, if we believe it has been misused, copied or shared against these terms.

• Photos you send for the Wall of Fame must be your own, and you must have permission from anyone else who appears in them. We choose which photos go up and how long they stay.
• Where we offer a discount code for a Wall of Fame photo, it's limited to one code per person. Sending or posting more photos won't earn extra codes.
• Wall of Fame codes follow the discount code terms in section 4, including the 60-day limit and single use.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
